Organic Grower
Position Title: Organic Grower
Location: Manitoulin Eco Park, Tehkummah, Ontario
Position Type: Seasonal, Full-Time (35hrs)
Ready to get your hands dirty and your heart full? Join us at Manitoulin Eco Park as our Organic Grower and be part of something deeply rooted in nature. You’ll spend your days tending gardens, nurturing herbs and vegetables, and helping us grow not just food, but a more sustainable future. Whether you're knee-deep in compost, planting in the greenhouse, or helping build a trellis, you'll be directly supporting our mission to live in harmony with the land.
This is a dynamic, outdoor role where no two days are the same. You might be harvesting tomatoes one day, trading compost with our animal care team the next, or snapping a few sunny garden pics for our social media. You’ll collaborate with a vibrant team, contribute to conservation efforts, and support projects that connect people to nature.
If you’re passionate about sustainable agriculture, love working with your hands, and thrive in an environment where learning and teamwork are part of daily life, this role is for you. Whether you’ve gardened for years or are just getting started, we’re excited to grow with you. A driver’s license, comfort with lifting, and curiosity about permaculture are all bonuses — but above all, we’re looking for someone grounded, reliable, and ready to dig in.
