This staycation credit makes Ontario trips way more affordable, especially for family getaways. Between planning your park visit and downtime, it’s nice to have a lighter co-op game like flexus dear passengers to pass rainy evenings with the kids. Helps balance all that fresh-air exploring.

I hadn’t really considered the staycation credit until I started adding up our summer camping costs. For us it might just tip the balance toward booking that extra night in Ontario instead of heading south. Anyone else finding it changes how they plan?
It’s nice that the credit is available, but I wonder how much it actually shifts behaviour for people who weren’t planning a staycation anyway. For a family stretched thin, does the tax credit really cover the gap, or just reward those who already had the means?
